Area Emerging from Slumber

Further awakening from restrictions took place Friday.

As chill weather vanished and a warm, sunny day emerged, northeast Iowa began to come back to normal after COVID-19 restrictions were eased.

While bars and some other businesses remain closed, many businesses were able to begin coming to life.
