Churches Remain Mostly Closed
Religious services are also looking to be slow to resume.
A day after Reynolds announced churches could have services again in most Iowa counties, a statement from Deacon John Robbins, director of communications for the Archdiocese of Dubuque, said all public Masses would continue to be suspended.
Other area churches are also skittish.
