Could Additional Housing in Winneshiek County Be A Home Run?

A study of the housing needs in Winneshiek County is giving a snapshot of the county in a number of areas including population and income as well as housing.

The study was commissioned by Winneshiek County Development, Inc.

Recommendations include making more housing available, which could serve as a motor for economic development.
