Council Approves Funding

Winneshiek County Development & Tourism’s funding request for 2020 shot up to $2.50 per capita.

City council approved the $2,337 request during its Jan. 6 meeting as Stephanie Fromm, the group’s executive director, pitched the accomplishments of the organization.

A key change for the group is its taking on of tourism responsibilities for Winneshiek County.
