The solemn sound of Taps was joined a moment after its start by the ringing of the bells of St. Luke Catholic Church.

The speakers could not have timed it much more perfectly.

The call of the Angelus bell added emphasis to the event as the rains that had bookended the day held off for a tribute 50 years in the making.
