NICC Begins Construction Projects
Travelers through Calmar have begun noticing work at Northeast Iowa Community College.
Reconstruction of the Iowa’s Dairy Center parking lot started July 12.
The current lot, originally constructed in 2000 and in disrepair, requires extensive work.
