With just under a month to go, voting is running hot and heavy in Fayette County while supervisors also received good news on the budget for the roads department.
Early voting began Monday across the state.
“We’ve had a few in this morning already,” said Lori Moellers, Fayette County’s auditor.
Her office has sent out approximately 4,200 ballots, though Moellers said a number of voters might opt to vote in person.
